Kelly is a business strategist and lifelong creative. Prior to founding Color Collaborative, she built the content marketing division at Industry Dive, leading a team of strategists, writers and client nurturers with an ultimate rebrand of their content division, studioID: across 27 industries. Kelly focused her efforts in the digital B2B media space for the last 10 years however, she enjoyed close to 20 years of her marketing career on the B2C side in magazine publishing. Kelly led a creative strategies team at GQ magazine, as well as leading magazines in the bridal, boating and tech industries with a stopover period out in LA in the music industry. Forever the entrepreneur, she has hopped out of the corporate world periodically to foster her love of building her own brands.
Co-Founder & Finance Director
Darlene celebrates 25 years providing bookkeeping and accounting services to her clients. She joins Color Collaborative as a co-founder establishing the financial foundation for the business, and client work. Darlene has been the trusted bookkeeping and financial support lead for Professor Michael E. Porter of Harvard Business School, handling all financial needs in his personal and professional life for the last 23 years. She has deep experience with all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, online trading, and has been the POA and authorized investment management contact for her clients.

Chuck has over 25 years leading the creative vision for multiple Fortune 500 businesses and media organizations, as well as his own creative firm: delivering technical design knowledge and services. Building interdepartmental and team member relationships to improve workflows allows us to deliver innovation and creativity around our clients’ desired timeframes.
His keen ability to decipher a client’s vision into strong design campaigns will lend perfectly to leading the Color design team.
VP of Training
Denise, with over 25 years of executive coaching and leadership experience, excels in developing leaders and managers. She designs and conducts workshops on vital topics like Leadership, Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Performance Management, and Team Development. Her true passion lies in transforming individuals across all organizational levels, from entry-level to C-suite executives. Denise’s clients consistently praise her as a strategic, empathetic facilitator with an exceptional ability to connect with people. She stands out in her field, having served diverse clients like USAA, Fidelity Investments, Women in Cable Television, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
